Company

These terms relate to EXLOGISTICS 2024 Ltd., UIC 207833018, registered in Sofia, Bulgaria. The company provides logistics, forwarding, warehousing and related commercial coordination services according to individually agreed conditions.

Inquiries and offers

• An offer is prepared after clarifying cargo, route, timing, documents and specific conditions.
• Timing and pricing are confirmed individually for each request.
• The client is responsible for the accuracy of cargo information submitted.

Client responsibilities

• The client must provide accurate cargo description, dimensions, weight, packaging information, loading address, delivery address and contact details.
• The client must disclose temperature, handling, safety, legal or documentary requirements before confirmation.
• The client remains responsible for lawful cargo, proper packaging and information needed for transport, warehousing and delivery.

Service confirmation

A logistics service is considered confirmed only after the relevant commercial conditions, route, timing, cargo details and responsibilities are accepted by the parties. Indicative calculations or preliminary communication do not create a binding transport obligation unless confirmed in writing.

Liability

Liability depends on the confirmed service, applicable law, transport conventions, partner conditions and the facts of the specific case. EXLOGISTICS 2024 is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information, unsuitable packaging, force majeure, restricted access, delay caused by third parties or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Payments and documents

Prices, payment terms, invoices, transport documents and additional charges are agreed individually. Extra services, waiting time, storage, redirection, special handling or document corrections may be charged separately when applicable.

Intellectual property

Texts, structure, visual elements and brand materials are intended to present EXLOGISTICS 2024 and should not be used without permission.

Governing law

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, relations with EXLOGISTICS 2024 are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith communication, and if unresolved, through the competent Bulgarian courts or another agreed dispute resolution mechanism.
